Job Summary :

Eckovation is hiring for Unnayan Project which aims to provide quality education in the remote areas of the country. The initiative aims to provide Quality School Education in India by leveraging technology with a focus on ensuring continuous monitoring and accountability in the system. The approach is towards institutional building and ensuring sustainability through capacity building of teachers and administration. As a Project Officer, you will be working towards a future in which every student regardless of family background or economic circumstance has access to quality education that prepares him or her for college, citizenship, and success in the global marketplace.
You will be working towards implementing the unique technology enabled model to provide a high-quality school for all students in the assigned district. You will be doing this through
  • Evaluating and understanding district level education reform landscapes and key relationships
  • Acting as a consultant and partner to related stakeholders in the districts where we are working
  • Working collaboratively with all the stakeholders to monitor progress, overcome obstacles, and lead project to successful outcomes
  • Sharing the organisation’s strategy, work, and outcomes with key external audiences
  • Responsibilities and Duties

  • Monitoring of the operation of the Unnayan Project of Eckovation
  • Coordination with the education department at district level
  • Ensuring the smooth functioning of the Unnayan Project and removal of day to day bottlenecks
  • Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • MS Office
  • Graduate in any field
  • Comfortable with staying at remote locations of India
  • 1-2 years of experience.
